I’m at city hall waiting for my number E514 to be called . I’m applying for my street performance license. I woke up this morning with the same fear I had twenty years ago. The difference? I know that nothing will happen unless I move and take action. Out of all the things I’ve done to reinvent myself, music seems to be what I love and at the same time it’s what I’m avoiding all these years.

My number was called after an hour. As soon as I sat down I was told that my driver’s license had to be current as what was on the application. I had to go to get my driver’s license changed. Now, I’m back. I had to start all over again.
