		<description>Actually, I agree 100% with the author. Unless you have actually worked with CDW you really do not know the full extent of the company. J.E. is completely dis-connected from the company and the low level employees are the ones to suffer. Management at best is unqualified and ethics play absolutely no role here.</description>

		<description>dear Sir... This is ridiculous... I am not a CDW employee but based on your letter... You should be fired. 

First... Your all over the place. 
Second... My guess is that this is not the first time you have run into this experience... or you would land right back on your feet because you really do have a good work ethic. 
Third... Any organization that has thousands of employees cannot hear every single employees sob story.... Just be grateful they gave you a survey. That is more than many companies are doing.  If you have been in management with more than 50 employees.. You would understand that there are many challenges to running an organization and its not as easy as it always look from the outside.  Especially with a down economy... If an employee cannot help fix the problem...They are the problem.  Just a thought from someone who stumbled across this.</description>
