Each post in your blog is given a unique url. I’ve been using WordPress’s default settings. Default Date and name based Numeric Custom The default will create a url with a /?p=123. From what I understand (theory) if you change it to include date and name based, the title of your post will in up in the new url giving it a greater chance to be picked up by the search engines.
