Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve used three different web analytics to determine my traffic and the efforts. Yesterday was a record breaking day. However, I don’t know which analytic program to believe.
- Google Analytics – 1 Visitor
- WordPress Stats – 68 Visitors
- Awstats – 98 Visitors
Even though the numbers are off by almost 30 visitors, one thing is for certain, the traffic came from Stumble Upon.
This has lead me to implement two ideas. Add more stats to the page and focus on Social Bookmarking for traffic
I ran across another relatively new social bookmark manager called Wagg It. As of today, it showed that it only had 2,190 members.

I would have to vote on AWStats.
I go with analytics just because if you look at where your hits are coming from I would bet that most of those are coming from you doing things behind the scenes. That’s the way it was for me anyway.
